Extending a community facility above an existing car park in the neighbourhood of a traditional Korean market, Dokebi Platform reclaims leftover urban infrastructure as a shared civic platform.
The project transforms an underused parking structure into an open community base where rest, encounter, and everyday life intersect—supporting pause, gathering, and flexible use between the market, the park, and surrounding neighbourhood.
